A boon for my squabs

I am a pigeon lover and have a house full of pigeons, there are many sqaubs that I have now. I was worried as few of them were getting affected by bacterial infections, I searched for antibiotics that can be used for my squabs after a long search I found Medistatin. I was relieved because it's completely safe to use for baby birds and highly effective.
