Mediworm Plus for Dogs

• Read the instructions carefully before administering
• Measure the weight and dose according to the weight of the dog
• Mediworm can be given along with meat
• Crumble and mix it with food ,if want to give it with feed
• For puppies younger than 3 months , it should always be given with food
• For puppies, treat at an interval of 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age.
• Then from 3 months onward, dose at an interval of 3 months.

Dosage

• 0.5 to 5 kg (11 lbs) = 1/2 tab
• 5 to 10 kg (22 lbs) = 1 tab
• 11 to 20 kg (44 lbs) = 2 tabs
• 21 to 30 kg (66 lbs) = 3 tabs
• 31 to 40 kg (88 lbs) = 4 tabs
• 41 to 50 kg (110 lbs) = 5 tabs
