Ordering a product on CanadaVetCare is quick, easy and simple. Just find the products you would like to order for your pet using the search bar or by using the navigation bar at the top. Add the products to your cart and then checkout.
Usually, we ship the orders within 48 hours. So, most orders are delivered within 7-14 business days. Some delays may be due to customs, environmental hurdles, festive season or holidays. In case, any order is not delivered within 21 business days, we offer a reship or refund as per our Money Back Policy.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account. Or you can email us anytime at support@canadavetcare.com.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders irrespective of the value of the order. In some special cases, charges may be applied according to the shipment procedure.

Yes! You can return the order if you are not completely satisfied. According to our 100% money back policy, we reship or refund the product. Please contact our customer care team within 5 days of delivery. Please ensure that the return is in original packaging and in a sealed condition. We are not able to issue refund or reship for any opened or used product.
Yes! You can cancel your order anytime until it has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, we would not be able to cancel the order. With our auto-delivery feature, you can schedule regular deliveries of your pet’s essentials for convenience and extra savings. You can place an order and then choose how often you want that order to be delivered, the delivery address and the mode of payment. As per the schedule, the order will be automatically delivered to your doorstep.
