To request a price match, just provide us with the proof of the lower price, such as an advertisement or the product listing with a price. We will match the price and also provide you with an extra 10% discount to ensure that our prices remain the lowest.

To avail this offer, contact us within 5 days of your purchase and provide us with the complete details of the product purchased and the competitor’s product listing.

To be eligible for our Price Match Guarantee, the product must meet our specified qualification criteria. It applies only to products listed in US dollars (USD) and must comply with all applicable conditions outlined herein:

• Same manufacturer
• Same brand
• Same pet-specific product
• Same pack size
• Same expiry date (or not close to expiry)
• Same color code (if applicable)
• Same quantity
• Same country of origin and shipping conditions

The Price Match policy will be applied to the final price, including taxes and shipping charges.

• If the competitor’s price is below the market cost price
• If the lower price is part of a promotion or special offer, such as a sale or clearance discounts, festive offers, bulk discounts, coupon-based discounts, subscription discounts, gifts, auto order discounts or bundled deals.
• Order placed through group buying or platforms such as Groupon, OurDeal, Scoopon, eBay, or stock liquidation stores.
• Price match requests are limited to one product per customer per purchase. It cannot be applied to future purchases.
• We reserve the right to refuse price match requests at our discretion for certain products or circumstances.
