Bravecto Topical for dogs is a long-lasting, quick-action, easy-to-apply, spot-on solution. It is suitable for dogs and puppies 6 months of age and older, weighing 4.4 lbs or greater. This powerful formula effectively kills adult fleas and treats and prevents flea infestations. Bravecto Topical also treats and controls tick infestations of American dog tick, Black-legged tick and Brown dog tick for 12 weeks. Moreover, it is indicated for treating and controlling Lone star tick infestations for 8 weeks.

How does Bravecto Topical for Dogs work?

Bravecto Topical for Dogs is formulated with fluralaner, a powerful ingredient that works by interrupting the nervous system of fleas and ticks, causing paralysis and death of these parasites. In a study, Bravecto demonstrated more than 99% efficacy against fleas within 24 hours post-infestation. It achieved more than 93% effectiveness against American dog tick, Black-legged tick and Brown dog tick 48 hours post-infestation for 12 weeks. Moreover, it demonstrated more than 98% effectiveness against Lone star ticks 72 hours post-infestation for 8 weeks.

• Weigh your dog beforehand to ensure dosage accuracy.
• Open the applicator, hold it in an upright position and snap the applicator tip.
• Part the dogs fur between the shoulder blades, at the base of the neck, until the skin is visible.
• Place the tip of the applicator onto the skin and squeeze to empty the entire contents in one spot.
• Avoid contact with the treated area until dry.
• Bathing or water immersion 3 days after the administration does not affect the efficacy of the treatment.
• Begin the treatment at any time of the year and continue year-round without interruption for best results.
